An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.
All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. If you do not receive your parcel within 3 working days, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for redelivery with post office or selfcollect at the allocated post office if the postman’s attempted delivery was unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if undelivered for 10 working days. Do note that we are not responsible for the redelivery charges. Please track your parcel once it is mailed out.
Exchange of sizes is accepted with extra postage top up. Exchange of design is also accepted with a higher value item that needed to be top up. Return can only made one time per order number and we will email your credit voucher (valid for 6 months) once the item is received. Strictly NO cash refund.
Your return must be received within 7 days from the date you received your shipment. All return item must be mailed back using trackable mailing services. Return item MUST BE in unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition. All sale items are final and not eligible for a return.
