An order confirmation email will be sent to you via our site once we received your payment.


An email with tracking info will sent to you once your item has been shipped. Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.


Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days (Skynet) / 3-8 working days (International).


If you do not receive your parcel within the respective working days mentioned above, please track your parcel with the provided tracking number and arrange for re­delivery with respective courier or self­collect at the allocated branch if the attempted delivery was unsuccessful.


Undelivered parcel will return to us after 10 working days. Do note that we are not responsible for the re­delivery charges. Please track your parcel once it is mailed out.

Return Policy

  • Returns can only made one time per order number
  • We will email your credit voucher (valid for 6 months) once the item is received.
  • Strictly NO cash refund.
  • All returns must be sent back within 5 working days (Malaysia) / 10 working days (outside Malaysia)
  • All return item must be mailed back using trackable mailing services.
  • Return item MUST BE in unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in saleable condition.
  • All sale/discounted items are final and not eligible for return & exchange.


To process return, please contact our customer service assistant by email to sales@own-­ or DM to our social media account. Please provide us with the tracking info once you have mailed out your returned item.

RM400 for Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan order. 


Otherwise, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:
